OTG is creating a unique outdoor experience that leverages our generation’s enthusiasm for running to create a deeper appreciation for nature, holistic living, better habits and community.
From road to trail, short to long... We offer a variety of runs for all abilities. We run at least once each day and cover a variety of routes from the Camp.
This isn't your everyday "camp" food. Our resident chef builds a creative and nutritious menu for the weekend to keep us fuelled and satisfied. Have dietary restrictions? Don't worry, the chef will take care of you.
Our signature Yoga on the Dock is how we start the day. Our instructors specialize in Yoga for runners and will ensure we remain well stretched out throughout the weekend.
LEARN + SHARE
Race prep, recovery, nutrition, cross training... Our team consists of running experts from around the community. We'll take some time to sit around the fire and share knowledge in all of the above.
The act of being Off The Grid alone helps us recharge the batteries. We'll take some time throughout the weekend to sit back and recharge the mind.
Our resident fitness/METCON expert will put us through the paces with a creative camp-inspired workout.
RELAX, UNWIND, AND RECHARGE
It's not all about working up a sweat. Go for a swim, relax on the dock, enjoy a high-ropes course, archery, horse back riding, stand-up paddle boarding... You have the opportunity to make the weekend yours and enjoy the activities that YOU want to participate in.

Off The Grid started with a small group on a great country property in Muskoka, Ontario. Since then, we've experienced a winter retreat near Collingwood, a summer camp near Algonquin, and the mountains surrounding Oaxaca, Mexico. See photos from our past events to get a sense of what you can expect.
